GENERAL INFORMATION

EVENT : 19th Sub-Jr. , 19 Junior & 20th Senior National Kickboxing Championship

HOSTED BY : Kickboxing Association Assam (KAA)

SANCTIONED BY : National Kickboxing Federation ( IAKO )

DATE : 18-21 AUGUST 2014

VENUE : Sarusajai Indoor Stadium, Guwahati, Assam

ACCOMODATION : Participants : Stadium

Official : Stadium/Hotel

FOODING : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner for all at Venue for (19-21 August 2014)

Dinner on 18th August 2014 will be provided at the venue

TRANSPORTATION : Local Transportations by Host Unit from Rly Stn./Bus Stop to Venue and back.

REGISTRATION : Reporting on 18th August 2014 by 03. 00 pm

Registration & Weighing in will be at 03-09.00pm

TEAM : Only one Team from IAKO Member Associations/UT/Units

Host Team can put two teams

ELIGIBILITY : Only one participant is allowed in any event category. Each participant can take part in

maximum three events only (any one Fight + MF + AK). Each Participant must submit the IAKO Sport Pass, Waiver Form,

DOB & Medical Certificates

OFFICIAL : One Team Manager, One Coach and IAKO Licensed Referee from Tech. Panel

RULES : : IAKO Rules shall be followed .

SAFETY EQUIPMENTS: Each Team and Participants MUST bring their own Semi Contact & Full Contact

Boxing Gloves, Teeth Guard, Groin Protector, Breast Protector, Head gear, etc..

No equipment shall provide by the host.

UNIFORM : Participants – KICKBOXING UNIFORMS IS MANDATORY

Referee – Grey Pant, IAKO Shirt, Flexible Black Shoe with White Shocks, Bo Tie.

Team Manage/Coach – Track Suit or any Sports Wear

UNIFORMS :

1. Round neck T-shirt and Kickboxing Long Pant must be worn in Semi-Contact and Light contact by male and female competitors.

Length of sleeves mu s t be a maximum of mid upper arm.

2. Kickboxing Long pants must extend from waist to the ankle joint. Pants must have an elastic waistband, minimum 10 centimeters wide in a

different color from that of the pants. Male and female competitors wear pa n t s in Semi, Li gh t and Fu l l Contact.

3. Bodice (upper, to p) worn by Female competitors in F u l l Contact, Low-kick and Thai Kickboxing. Under the bodice, female competitors

wear br e a s t protection.

4. Kickboxing Shorts are worn by male and female competitors in Low-Kick and Thai Kickboxing. Their length must be from the waist to mid-

thigh. Shorts must have an elastic waistband, minimum 10 centimeters wide in di f f erent color from th a t of shorts.

APPEAL : Any Appeal against the decision of the Chief Judge shall be accepted by the Arbitrator by a

written application with a Fees of Rs. 1000/-(non refundable) only within 15 minuets of the

concerned fight. Arbitrator decision is Final.
